A: Yes, all OEM barring some exceptions provide similar services to their respective customers pertaining to only their product. This basically means that if you choose not take our assistance you may be able to get similar services from your OEM.

Q2: If my OEM may provide similar support for my product, why should I choose a Third Party service provider?

A: All OEM support only the products that have been manufactured by them and would not look into unrelated Hardware or Software issues, for eg. If you call HP for a Microsoft Windows Corrupt Issue, most likely you will be referred to Microsoft and when you call Microsoft, they may refer you back to HP for a Hard Drive diagnostic test.
